Progress continues at Southwark Grounds.

Renewal SA has selected Commercial & General as the preferred partner to deliver the next major phase of Adelaide's next great neighbourhood, bringing more than 1,000 new homes alongside a supermarket, a childcare centre, an aged care facility and a vibrant hospitality and retail precinct.

This milestone marks a significant step towards a fully integrated inner-city community, building on the early momentum already underway at Southwark Grounds.
